Animesh is an HR professional with over 24 years of rich industry experience in Manufacturing , FMCG and Retail  sectors.In his last corporate assignment, he was the Director -Human Resources with Foodworld Supermarkets Pvt Ltd (Foodworld and Health & Glow retail chains ); Prior to joining Foodworld , he was HR Head for the Supermarkets division of Aditya Birla Retail Ltd( more Supermarkets  chain). Animesh has also worked with Shaw Wallace , United Spirits and Bombay Dyeing during early part of his career.  He has been  trained as an Internal Assessor on Development/Assessment centers and Competency Based Interviewing Skills by SHL India.He is also a certified Disc Profiling Assessor. While he has worked on all the key areas of HR and is a generalist , his passion lies in building organisational capabilities through strong HR interventions. A simple and understandable approach towards HR issues enables him in finding solutions that are sustainable and easily implementable. Ethically sound and value driven, he believes in partnering with the business functions to achieve organisational goals of optimising profit, profitability and customer service excellence.

Rashmi brings in over 24 years of rich experience in HR. She has worked in two large Fortune 500 Organisations. In her last assignment, she worked as General Manager – HR with Otis Elevator Company. Prior to joining Otis , she was the Head – HR, R&D Division, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited – a Navaratna PSU. Rashmi is a Certified Executive Coach (ICF Accredited), NLP Practitioner and DISC Profiling Assessor. She is also certified on “Pre-Counseling Life Skills” from Parivarthan Counselling, Training and Research Centre, Bangalore. She is an accomplished Trainer and has worked extensively in the areas of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development. She is a Founding member of FEILForum of Emotional Intelligence Learning in India, First President of FEIL Bangalore Chapter. She was a Key member of the Organising committee for The EQ Leadership Summit with Dr. Daniel Goleman in Nov 2010 under the aegis of FEIL.

Anil Anand is HR Leader, having built his careers in leading, large organizations in India. He brings in over 25 years’ experience having led HR for organizations inclusive of Larsen & Toubro, Reliancedigital Retail and Suzlon Energy.

Anil is Graduate Engineer & Post-Graduate from IIT, Kharagapur. He is full time MBA (PGP), of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. 

Anil brings in expertise in the areas of HR Strategy, Organization Structure Design and Restructuring, Leading Culture, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Organization Development.  He is a Trainer and Facilitator for many high-level learning and OD programs. He is credited with supporting building of organization from ground zero to multi-billion-dollar organizations.  Anil has contributed to getting multiple industry recognitions and is also a recipients “Most Influential HR Leaders in India” Award for 2017.
